Despite this, Ojani Noa, a chef and model, who was in marriage with the famous actress and singer for a short period of less than eleven months, said he would lodge an appeal in order to make his attempts of releasing the video successful.

Now the star who is married to Marc Antony and the mother of his two children, is trying to receive $10 million for damage and a court order to prevent distribution of any video featuring her and her ex-husband having sexual intercourse or any other intimate situation.

The judge grounded his order by saying that the movie in question that is titled “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story” can be a violation to an agreement between ex-spouses that contains Noa’s agreement not to make any private information about Lopez open.

Noa arrived to court with no attorney and claimed that he was by no means discouraged by the issued order and would continue trying.

Apart from Noa, the judge’s ruling also spreads on the film producer Ed Meyer, despite the fact that his attorney claimed that Meyer had absolutely nothing to do with the agreement between Lopez and Noa and therefore should not be subject to the order.

Yesterday afternoon, the singer, who is now 37, took his fiancée Emma Ferguson as his wife during a modest ceremony at Cawdor Parish Church that is near Nairn.

After the ceremony had been completed and the couple had said their “yes”, the newlyweds with 50 intimate friends and family members had an extremely generous reception held at the historic Cawdor Castle.

Before the wedding took place it had been rumored that Robbie Williams, who once was a member of Take That, would come to the occasion.

It was even reported that the singer had come by private jet on Friday night. Some even stated that he had been seen slinking into the church.

But despite all this, the star made no appearance during the yesterday’s event. On Saturday night he was last seen singing in a concert in Germany.

Owen was accompanied by his colleagues from Take That Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Jason Orange. They came to the church right after 4pm. All of them were wearing black tuxedos, white ties and red roses in the buttonholes.

As it is reported, the star wedding has been planned for two years. The choice of the faraway Scottish place is apparently connected with the fact that the couple has had a great time during holidays there.
