Tiger Woods has made many unflattering and shocking headlines lately through the revelation that he has been maintaining several mistresses even though he is married to a beautiful former model, Elin Nordegren.  Most men would be more than satisfied with a wife like Elin, but not Tiger. At last count, his mistresses numbered a staggering 14.

Since Elin has fled to her homeland of Sweden where she has reportedly bought a mansion for herself and her children, no one seems to be sure of the whereabouts of Tiger. It has, however, been reported that he may currently be in treatment at a clinic in Arizona that is known to treat sexual addictions. According to People magazine, it is widely believed that he is currently a patient at The Meadows. This is an upscale clinic located in Wickenburg that caters to addictions of alcohol, drugs, mood disorders, and compulsive behaviors.

This $1,000 a day facility has treated other celebrities for sexual addiction. These include David Duchovny and Eric Benet, ex-husband of Halle Berry.  Celebrities like Kate Moss, Matthew Perry, Whitney Houston, and Robbie Williams have all been treated at The Meadows.

Their sexual addiction program is called Dakota and lasts around 35 days. It claims to be dedicated to treating all sorts of sexual disorders and all aspects of them. The Dakota program works with the patients to maintain sexual sobriety by trying to get to the core reasons for it in the first place. Once these have been addressed, the staff helps in the healing process.

Tiger may have actually begun this in house treatment at The Meadows at some point back in December 2009. This has not been confirmed but is widely believed to be the case. It may be where he disappeared to when he dropped out of sight following the scandal.
