Chris Brown, Kanye West and Tiger Woods: What is Common for All of Them?

The previous year was full of wonderful events and moments, but also there were infamous ones as well. One can recollect Chris Brown’s assault on his ex girlfriend Rihanna, details of Tiger Woods’ avowtry and Kanye West’s interruption of Taylor Swift when she was pronouncing her speech of acceptance.

Chris Brown was a gifted singer and dancer. He had a childlike eagerness that pleased almost everyone. He startled many people by assaulting Rihana on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards. There were debates concerning whose fault was that, but later the photos on which Brown bit and punched Rihanna were posted on TMZ.com and as a result opinions changed.

Brown went over the line, moreover, his actions towards his ex girlfriend confused and disturbed the judgment of fans.

Kanye West underwent hard times as his mother dead; moreover, his engagement was broken. All his feelings inspired his “808s & Heartbreak” album that is considered to be the last.

Another unpleasant thing that happened with Kanye West was at the 2009 Video Music Awards. Taylor Swift won Best Female Video. When she was at the stage in order to deliver her speech, West grasped her microphone as he was against her win. Everyone was shocked.

Later he made an apology to Taylor personally, but despite that fact, he began to talk unpleasant things on Jay Leno’s talk show.

Tiger Woods had also unpleasant moments in 2009. He got into a car accident after which he was in hiding.

He had a wonderful wife, a Swedish model with who he thought, he would live happily ever after. It was so until voice mails, e-mail messages and texts, delivered by different women, made their way into gossip rags and tabloids.

It is still unknown what the couple is going to do: heading for divorce or they are going to reconcile, or maybe moving abroad.

As I sat watching the VMA and saw Kanye walk on stage and take the microphone from the innocent Taylor Swift, I could not believe my eyes. I quickly had to get an understanding of who Taylor was, because her name did not ring a bell with me, but I knew Kanye, and I knew he was unstable. I knew he was a bull in a china closet. So, I found out swiftly (no pun intended) that Taylor was just a young girl and her standing there in shock was both shock, that she was on stage with a “star” who called her by name, and that she was in shock because that same “star” had just dissed her. I saw the camera pan the audience and as it hit Beyonce, she was also shocked. In fact my mouth was still open…Once I closed my mouth I realized that Kanye had just done the silliest thing and the more we talk about it the more he is sitting somewhere smiling. So I want to talk about Taylor and I want to talk about Beyonce.

Beyonce is beautiful. She is gracious and mature no matter what her age. Instead of ignoring what had happened on stage just minutes before her acceptance of the VMA award for Video of the Year. She very humbly turned her time over to the young Taylor Swift. She is the real hero of the VMA’s if you ask me. No one made a big deal of what happened, but Taylor had to have been confused, she looked confused and I felt sorry for her. She was given a change to thank her camp and that made her a happy singer. I hear the president even weighed in on the subject. I don’t think he was as gracious as Beyonce. I for one hope the public will not mention Kanye’s name for a while. Let’s just pretend he is not around for a while, and maybe then he will calm down and get a little humble. If Beyonce did not get excited about the award that went to Taylor then no one else should care. It is a MTV award show anyway. Taylor did well when she came back out on stage. It was very refreshing to see everyone recover and not use profanity or negative words to right the wrong.
