Giving her first interview after the tragic event of her brother’s untimely death that occurred in summer, Janet Jackson reported to ABC News that she finds fault with Dr Conrad Murray, who is responsible for Michael’s death, and should be deprived of his medical practice.

The singer pointed out that Dr Murray was administering and thus, she believes he is the one to be blamed for what happened to her brother in June.

At the same time, in reply to the charges Dr Murray’s spokesman claimed that the doctor states there was no prescription or administering from his part that could lead to Michael Jackson’s death.

In August earlier this year, the death of the famous singer was acknowledged by a Los Angeles coroner to be homicide that was connected with the powerful anaesthetic Propofol.

Since July, when Michael died, the police investigation has called Dr Murray as an official and main suspect.

As Dr Murray reported to officers, the anaesthetic was administered to the star by him not long ago before his death.

At the interview to Robin Roberts, ABC’s representative, Janet reported that she found out that her brother had been brought to hospital when she was at her home, in New York.

Janet also mentioned that she keeps on thinking about her late brother and that he is always on her mind and in her heart. She admits that she still cannot believe he is no longer alive.

Dr Murray made his first public statement since Michael Jackson’s death in August, in the form of a YouTube short clip. On the video he claimed that he had never lied about the case and expressed his hope for truth to prevail.
