She is being sued by her ex-boyfriend San Diego Chargers player after she made a fool of herself with a naked rant on her live Ustream page. During this rant of last year, Tequila accused Merriman of choking and attacking her, sleeping with minors, and forcing them to take drugs.  She also said he would not date African Americans and that he makes drugs at home.

Merriman says that Tequila admitted to lying but it doesn’t matter. Because of all her lies, he lost several business deals and he is not going to let that go. His law suit is for intentional interference with contracts and unfair competition. This includes an infringement against his trademark logo “Lights Out” that appeared on Tequila’s website.

Since Tequila never responded to the claim, the judge ruled against her. She might have just spaced responding due to being so busy talking about people on her website and posing for photo ops so the world can see how she is “grieving” for her fiancée’, the late Casey Johnson.

She also seems to have found another way to keep herself in the limelight. After claiming she was pregnant multiple false times, she presented RadarOnline.com with a sonogram proving that she is actually pregnant this time. Tequila refuses to tell who the father is, but she assures the world that he is someone famous in the entertainment industry. In addition, she claims that this pregnancy was endorsed by Casey, because they had planned the entire thing together.

It was only in December than Tequila spread the word of another pregnancy. That one was with her brother and sister-in-law’s baby. This, of course, proved to also be false.

TMZ obtained court documents that say Sutherland gained a profit of more than $100,000 in his first deal with Carr. That deal consisted of Sutherland investing $550,000 in 2006. This was also to be used in a cattle deal. Carr supposedly said that he would go to Mexico, buy cattle there, and bring them back for resell in the United States for a substantial profit. Sutherland was wired $685,000 from Carr 30 days following this investment. This was a profit of $130,000.

For the next deal, which would also involve buying cattle, Sutherland’s financial team had to approve investing $869,000. The team approved it and handed over the money, which promptly disappeared.

As difficult as it is to believe, considering all the money involved, Sutherland has never spoken or met with Carr.

Carr later admitted that he had “doctored” the investment paperwork to make sure that Sutherland’s financial team would approve and sign the deal. That money was used to pay off a large bank debt.

The charges against Carr currently number 12 felonies. These include 5 counts of grand theft with “great taking enhancements,” 3 forgery counts, 2 counts of getting money with false pretenses, 1 count of embezzlement, and 1 count of falsifying corporate books. If he is found guilty, Carr could spend as much as 18 years in prison.

It seems that he should have done things the honest way rather than lying to get money.

Randy Kester, Coleman’s attorney, told People magazine that this entire incident is not as serious as it seems and that Coleman was not arrested for assault. A police statement in Santaquin, Utah, said that no criminal charges were filed against the 41 year old actor. However, they did release that they had responded to Coleman’s home on Sunday due to a “civil disturbance.” The cause of this disturbance was not made clear.

It was hard for many to believe that the adorable former star of “Diff’rent Strokes” had been arrested and was booked at the Utah County Jail. The fact that it was not due to wife beating may make a lot of them feel a bit better. But the real reason has not been released. When Coleman was put in jail, the arrest warrant had nothing to do with the original call that sent police to his house. Even Kester was not sure what case this had to do with. All he knew is that there was a prior charge at some point and Coleman had not appeared in court to answer those charges. As his attorney, though, you can bet that Kester will be finding out just what that was all about.

As for Coleman, he was allowed to post bail and has been released from custody. Therefore, he will get to go home while all of this gets sorted out and he can return to the good side of the law.

This court visit had been widely speculated to be the one in which Brittany was to find out if she was free from her father’s conservatorship rule or not. But that was not what it was about at all. The request to auction the dress was approved by Commissioner Reva Goetz.

While they were there, permission was obtained to dispose of more things that are not useful to Brittany or her estate any longer. Just what these items were and how they might be disposed of was not immediately available.

This may not have been the total reason that Brittany and her father appeared in court. It was reported that the Commissioner wanted to see for herself just how Brittany, now 28 years old, was adjusting. It has been 2 years since her father was put in charge of her and her affairs and the Commissioner wanted a first hand look at how Brittany was doing now.

According to all reports, Brittany has really cleaned up her act in the last 2 years since her father took over. Even though there was a lot of speculation at the time about deviousness on the part of her father, it seems that everyone was wrong about that. Brittany has definitely flourished under his care.

Fortunately, the bruises and cuts that appeared on Gaultier were all fake. However, these pictures evoked some not so far away memories of the incident between Brown and Rhianna last year. It raises the question of do you remember when hits by Chris Brown used to mean his music. People who viewed these pictures had to be wondering what was going on.

However, it was not as bad as it looked. Chris was just sharing a photo shoot with the famous fashion designer, Jean Paul Gaultier, following his most recent fashion show. Gaultier was playing up his menswear collection inspired by the boxing/warrior theme. He wanted to fit in with the runway show by using the beaten down look. Chris Brown was there for this very awkward post show photo shoot.

He has been hitting all the hot spots during Fashion Weeks. First it was Milan earlier that week for a show there, and then it was Paris at the Gaultier show. Unfortunately, Brown’s fans have not been exactly flocking to the record stores to buy his latest CD, “Graffiti,” or any of his “Fan Appreciation” concerts. In fact, the record sales have been so bad, that there are already rumors of Jive Records possibly dropping Brown from their label.

Seems Chris Brown should have thought twice before hitting his beautiful woman.

Christopher has already set his strategy in motion. He has set up a group on Facebook called “Christopher Ciccone for American Idol.” This group carries the phone numbers to both the overseas and U.S. offices of 19 Entertainment. He urges his “fans” to call these numbers and request that he be the next judge. Ciccone has quite a high opinion of himself, it seems, and it shows in the wording of his campaign to win the coveted Cowell seat.

He claims to have 25 years experience in the music business. However, it is questionable as to whether cameos in 2 Madonna videos back in the early 80s make that a true statement. But he DID design the stage for 1 of his sister’s tours and directed another one during the early 90s.

The posting on Facebook states that Christopher knows all about being a music star and that his “infamous Ciccone tongue” will help people not to miss Simon so much because Christopher will not be afraid to speak his mind.  This is all rather puzzling and maybe a bit amusing as for most of his career, he has been an interior designer. Although, he recently published a tell-all book that he wrote called “My Life with My Sister Madonna.”

Christopher is not the only celebrity seeking Simon’s vacant judge seat. LaToya Jackson has also recently come forward to put herself in the running.  Maybe they should consider a show such as “I’m a Celebrity! Get Me Out of Here!” rather than “American Idol.”

It is no secret that the 40 year old former “Friends” star has stated she doesn’t mind if people view her as single and lonely. This may even help the public root for her if they feel bad for her. While it’s hoped that Jennifer is not this fake person that Showbiz Tonight would have everyone believe, they do make a somewhat convincing case for their side of things.

Right before the release of “The Break-Up,” Jennifer hooked up with her co-star, Vince Vaughn. It seems that history is repeating itself. Jennifer has been highly visible with her “The Bounty Hunter” co-star Gerard Butler. However, it doesn’t always have to be her co-star. It can sometimes just be a handsome but flakey singer, like John Mayer. While they were on again off again, they were very much back together right before the release of “He’s Just Not That Into You.”

To promote “Marley and Me” she posed for GQ magazine last year wearing only a tie. Recently, it has been reported that Jennifer and Butler posed for a “practically naked” W magazine spread. This promises to leave the readers breathless. It is rumored that the some of the pictures were so sexy they will not be published.

Now the final thing she has been known to do prior to a new film of hers being released is talk about her ex-husband Brad Pitt. This is not something she has done yet but it’s believed it will happen.

Maybe Jennifer’s formula isn’t such a bad one. She wasn’t romantically involved with her “Management” co-star Steve Zahn and that one did not seem to do so great.

Another thing that Britney loves about the hotel is the Agua Spa and fitness center which is located within it. She has been spending a lot of time in the center working out to keep her new body in shape.

A different source told Life and Style that Britney incorporates some fun into her workout. According to this source, Britney is obsessed with the animated television show, Family Guy. She was performing some impressions of baby Stewie while in the gym at the hotel.

Britney even ordered some chicken wings while doing her workout and had requested that they be delivered to the gym. This definitely raised some eyebrows because who orders chicken wings to eat while in the middle of a workout? In addition, she requested that the buffalo sauce be replaced with sweet chili.

Eventually Britney will probably head back to her own home, but for now, she is happy in her hotel environment and it looks as if she plans to continue enjoying it for awhile yet.

You will be seeing George Clooney hosting from Los Angeles, Wyclef Jean, who was born in Haiti, will host from New York City, and Anderson Cooper hosts from Haiti. Appearing from Los Angeles are celebrities Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock. In New York, along with Wyclef Jean, others performing from there will be Mary J. Blige, and Sting.

Airing this Friday on all major United States television networks, the benefit will last for 2 hours. It will be seen in the U.K. on MTV beginning at 1:00AM GMT on Saturday, January 23. All funds raised through the benefit will be sent to the Red Cross, Oxfam America, Unicef, Yele Haiti Foundation, and Partners in Health.

Dressed in a one-sleeved rhinestone studded dress, Paris continued the party on Saturday at Vanity. This celebration was called the ParisHilton.com website launch party and was attended by her friends.  She took a break to have dinner at Rare 120 and then returned to the nightclub after midnight where she continued to celebrate until the wee morning hours.

Paris, 28 years old, is considered to be a celebrity due more to her social status rather than any real talent she may have. However, she does have many fans that follow her every move, especially when it comes to fashion, makeup, and sense of style. Girls, particularly, are in awe of her and try to emulate her in every way possible.

ParisHilton.com will feature news from the latest events in the heiress’s life as well as blog posts she will personally write. There will also be photos and videos featuring Paris as well as her own products. A community is included that her fans can join to share pictures and messages as well as upload them.
